We sell keyboards and mice and mousepad with Cash on Delivery (COD) and Local Pickup payment only.
Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days.
If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- It must be in its original condition
- It must be in its original packaging
- A proof of purchase is required
Any product damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept:
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products returned after more than 14 days
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If it meets the conditions, the refund will be approved.
- Refunds are made in Whish only.
- No discounts or gift cards will be offered.
Important Information
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- No refund or exchange after 7 days.
